Softball coach pitch division is open to players 6-7 years old. Coaches pitch to help develop the learning curve of having a pitcher pitch to you. This allows them to help build the batters technique and skills. Coach pitch also involves more instruction on the fundamentals of softball and develops the players technical skills in a more refined and determined fashion. This division helps build the technique and skills needed for the next division. Coach pitch softball is not competitive but we do follow and develop the rules and regulations to help prepare the softball players for the next steps in softball learning.
Maricopa Little League provides a safe, fun and competitive environment to help excel your children's softball endeavors. The fall season is meant to be focusing on the fundamentals, in order to prepare the players for the competitive spring season. In addition, players will be provided their registration options based on what age they will be in the spring. This is also to help prepare them for the spring season.
